Once you place an order on our website, an account will be automatically created for you. In this account, you can view your order status, shipping details, purchase history, documentations and saved payment methods. Payment Methods Accepted
Canbat accepts all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and JCB when orders are placed online on our website. For orders placed over the phone or via email, we also accept e-transfers and wire transfers.
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all batteries across Canada. Depending on your shipping address, our system determines the best courier service to ensure you get your battery shipment as quickly as possible. Shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within Canada. Exceptions may apply if you live in remote or rural areas. International shipments may be available to select countries. Additional charges may apply and the customer is responsible for any duties, taxes, freight, and any potential warranty return.
Freight Shipment Terms
International orders may not ship on the same day and may require an additional 1-2 business days to ship. Canbat will use its discretion on whether to ship via ground or freight service for large orders, depending on courier availability and local regulations. Larger orders of 4 of more batteries might be shipped on a wooden pallet, depending on the size of the shipment. A valid phone number must be provided for all freight deliveries. Customer must indicate whether they need tail lift delivery to remove battery shipment from the truck.
Canbat has a simple warranty policy.
Canbat Technologies Inc. warrants every lithium battery for 10 years from the date of sale as determined by the sale receipt. Within the first 36 months of the warranty period, subject to the exclusions of negligence or misuse of battery, Canbat will replace or repair the lithium battery in the case the components in question are determined to be defective in material or workmanship. After 36 months and up to 10 years, if the components in question are determined to be defective in material or workmanship, and Canbat deems the components to be repairable, the lithium battery will be repaired and returned. If Canbat deems the components to be not repairable, the same model lithium battery will be offered at a discount of 30% off of the price listed at the time of the offer. The offer will be valid for a period of 30 days after the date of notification.
Lithium battery returns are accepted within 60 days from the date of purchase. The battery must be new, unused, and in the original packaging. A restocking fee of 10% will apply. The client is responsible for shipping costs. If it is deemed that a returned battery is opened or used, the battery will not be returned and the customer will be responsible for covering all costs related to shipping the battery back. The customer will also be charged an inspection fee. If the return is accepted, the client will also be charged for the shipping costs originally paid by Canbat when the battery was first purchased. Any battery which arrives damaged will be refused. No exceptions. Click here to start a return.
