Battery returns are accepted within 60 days from the date of purchase. The battery must be new, unused, and in the original packaging. A restocking fee of 10% will apply. The client is responsible for shipping costs. If it is deemed that a returned battery is opened or used, the battery will not be returned and the customer will be responsible for covering all costs related to shipping the battery back. The customer will also be charged an inspection fee. If the return is accepted, the client will be charged for the shipping costs originally paid by Canbat when the battery was first purchased. Any battery which arrives damaged will be refused. No exceptions. Refunds are received within 2 business days from the date the return is accepted.

Once this form is completed, you will be contacted by a Canbat representative to instruct you where and how to ship your battery back to us for inspection.
